Arctellis

The platform

One governed model. Many surfaces.

Arctellis is not a collection of analytics features. It is a persistent model of the organisation, with capabilities layered over it. That single decision, one model rather than one tool per question, is what makes the answers consistent and the progression to prediction and action possible.

Where Arctellis sits

Specialist systems remain the systems of record. Arctellis reads across them, models what their data means, and serves every capability from that one model.

Trusted intelligence

AI where it helps. Determinism where it matters.

Important business answers need to be more reliable than generic generative AI. The division of labour is explicit.

What AI does

  • Interprets a question asked in ordinary language
  • Maps it to metrics and dimensions that exist in the model
  • Explains what the result means in context
  • Surfaces observations a person had not thought to ask for
  • Drafts the narrative around a recurring report

What it does not do

  • Produce important business figures from its own reasoning
  • Write arbitrary queries against company databases
  • Redefine what a metric means from one answer to the next
  • Act outside the thresholds and permissions it has been given
  • Present a figure that cannot be traced back to source

Consistent

One definition per metric, used by every surface in the platform.

Traceable

Every figure carries its lineage back through the model to source.

Governed

Definitions are owned, versioned and approved by the business, not inferred.

Contained

Tenant isolation and permissions inherited from the model, with human oversight on action.

Coupling

Your systems will change. Your business model shouldn’t.

Businesses continuously replace operational systems. If your management information is built directly on the physical structure of each application, every replacement means rebuilding it.

Arctellis deliberately models business concepts instead: revenue, margin, customer, product, unit, shift, capacity. The mapping from a source system into those concepts is a thin, replaceable layer. Change the system underneath and the definitions, reports, forecasts and workflows above it survive.

  1. 01

    Business concepts stay stable

Defined once with the business, owned by the business.

  2. 02

    Source mappings are thin

Each system maps into the model, not the other way round.

  3. 03

    Replacement is reconnection

A new workforce platform means a new mapping, not a new reporting programme.

  4. 04

    History is preserved

Comparisons across the change remain valid because the concept did not move.

The whole platform

One model, one continuous capability.

Every capability is built on the same governed model rather than assembled alongside it, which is why the progression from monitoring to prediction to action holds together. The shape of the platform is the argument.

Atlas knows. Radar watches. Ask explains. Signal anticipates. Helm decides. Act executes.
